HEC-recognized LLB degree.

I have 15+ years of experience in corporate law and advisory after qualifying at the bar.
One or more financial institutions must have been privatized.
Should have verifiable experience in advising on minimum three privatization transactions in the capacity of a board member or senior consultant.
