Ehsaas 8171 SMS Service is available to check your CNIC online and find out your Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2022 status for Rs. 12,000 payment. You can check your eligibility in the Ehsas Kafalat Program 2022 by sending your Computerized National Identity Card (NCIC) number to 8171. You will receive four types of replies from Ehsaas 8171 SMS Service:

1. If you are eligible for Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2023, you will receive a message telling you to collect Rs. 14000/- (previous Rs. 13000) from the Ehsaas Payment Centers. There are Ehsaas Payment Centers set up in all tehsils throughout the country. Furthermore, you can receive your payment through biometric ATMs of Bank Al-Falah and Bank Al-Habib.

2. Households that are above a certain poverty score in the Ehsaas Survey will receive a message of disqualification. Only the poorest families are eligible for the Ehsaas Kafaalat Program 2022.

3. Some people will get the message that you are being checked. Such people will get the final reply message after the completion of the survey.

4. People who have not yet been surveyed will be told to wait for the survey team. These individuals can also go to nearest Ehsaas Registration Center to enroll themselves in the Ehsaas Kifalat Program 2022.

Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2023 Registration at One Window Center

Under the Ehsaas Program, Prime Minister  has launched the Ehsaas One Window Center. All Ehsaas Program Services, including the Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2022, will be provided under one roof at the One Window Center.

By visiting the One Window Ehsaas Center in Islamabad, you can register for the Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2022. The centers will be established in all districts of the country soon to make it easier for beneficiaries to access them.

What is Ehsaas One Window Center?

As part of the Ehsaas Program, the One Window Center provides complete services to beneficiaries under one roof. In the Ehsaas umbrella, there are up to 14 different programmes, and most of the time, poor families do not know what benefits they are entitled to, or if they do, they have to visit multiple offices to seek assistance. Through the Ehsaas One Window Center, however, all services related to Ehsaas Program can be obtained under one roof, a one-stop shop.

Seven Pillars of Ehsaas One Window Center:

1. A One Stop Shop: With the One Window Ehsaas Centers, beneficiaries will have access to all Ehsaas benefits and services in one place. The first one has opened in Islamabad’s Sitara Market. One Window Centers will be available in all districts.

2. Back Office Integration: Integrating the back-office digital interface is the second part of the Ehsaas ecosystem, enabling access to appropriate links and resources for all involved. This ecosystem is currently being developed.

3. Ehsaas Digital Platform: Ehsaas has launched its digital information platform. This will serve as a one-stop-shop for all Ehsaas-related information and services. Beneficiaries can easily navigate the e-portal since it is accessible to everyone & has information in Urdu.

4. Ehsaas Mobile App: It is available on Google Play Store in a limited version. We are expanding it to reflect the entire Ehsaas Digital ecosystem.

5. National Socioeconomic Database: Ehsaas agencies will be able to access real-time data from NSER via the integrated Ehsaas database. As a result, potential beneficiaries will be able to determine their eligibility. Under PASSD agencies, it will show all benefits received by individuals under the Ehsaas Program.

6. Integrated database will facilitate the adoption of Ehsaas One Window targeting policy, making targeting predictable, evidence-based and effective in the Ehsaas ecosystem. As part of Ehsaas, all socioeconomic targeting will be based on the PMT, which is determined through the Ehsaas Survey.

7. Ehsaas One Window policy: Pakistan’s social protection institutional landscape has historically been fragmented. Safety nets in the country are characterized by a large number of small, thinly distributed (in terms of resources) and weakly coordinated overlapping programs.rograms. At the federal and provincial levels, there are over a hundred safety net institutions and programs. The One Window Ehsaas concept was one of the priority initiatives of the Ehsaas Strategy, launched in March 2019. Establishing a new Division for Social Protection and Poverty Alleviation was the first step towards the creation of “One Window Ehsaas”.

Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has issued the official notification last year on 22nd March 2021 in connection with a request for administrative support during the disbursement of quarterly payments to Ehsaas Kafalat Beneficiaries.

Ehsaas Kafalat Program Installment of Rs. 12000/- [Jul to Dec 2021]

Ehsaas Kafalat Installment of Rs. 12000/- July to December 2021 has been made by the Government of Pakistan. The deserving people or Ehsaas Kafalat Beneficiaries have gotten 2x quarterly installment payments. The schedule of the amount is as under:

What is being given under Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2022?

Ehsaas’ Kafaalat is the Government’s programme through which it will give cash stipends of Rs. 2166 monthly and bank accounts to the most deserving and poorest women across the country. Future directions of Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2022

Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2022 identification card has a QR code, which can be read by any smartphone or off-the shelf scanner. QR codes on Kafaalat cards/QR codes and bar codes on ID cards coupled with biometric verification can enable Kafaalat to expand its horizon of support for these poor families, e.g, at Utility Stores and other service points in the future.

The Government of Pakistan have changed the name of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) to Ehsaas Kafalat Program and shifted the initiative under the Ehsaas Umbrella (Ehsaas Program). Under the Ehsas Kafalat Program 2022, the federal government provides stipend of Rs. 14,000 (increased from Rs. 13,000 from 28th February 2022) to most deserving families to alleviate poor segment of society. Government employees will no longer be supported under this Program and NADRA has issued the list of the beneficiary of BISP from the previous eight (8) years. BISP decides to take action against civil servants who have been benefiting unfairly from the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP).

The federal government has decided to replace the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) with the Ehsaas Kafalat Program, which was been inaugurated by Prime Minister Imran Khan on January 31 while Late Benazir Bhutto’s image was replaced by Quaid-e-Azam.

Under the Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2022, highly deserving and poor women across the country will be given monthly stipends of Rs 2,000 per month under the Safe Payment System.
